Ceropegia, chain of hearts, and a lot more.

Ceropegia dichotoma
Ceropegia stapeliiformis
Ceropegia is a genus named by Carl Linneaus who thought that the flowers looked like a fountain of wax so the Latin is literally Wax (Keros) Fountain (Pege). They have many common names including Lantern Flower, Parasol Flower, Parachute Flower, Bushman's Pipe, String of Hearts, Snake Creeper, Wine-glass Vine, Rosary Vine and Necklace Vine.
The amazing thing about Ceropegia is that it is not just a vine. There are species that resemble Stapelias, Pedilanthus and other interesting plants.

What all the species of this genus have in common is a delicate, intricate flower that seems that it could have been sculpted from wax.

Ceropegia linearis subs. woodii
Ceropegia sandersonii

Ceropegia haygarthii
They are relatively easy care. Most people have a tendency to overwater this genus of over 160 species. All are from relatively dry areas ranging widely from the Canary Islands, Africa, Madagascar, Arabia, India, Sri Lanka, Southern China, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Guinea and Queensland, Australia.
